1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website and digital resources of Kalidindi Technologies ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into an engagement on behalf of an enterprise entity, you represent that you hold appropriate authority to bind that entity.

2. Professional Services & Statements of Work

All professional software engineering, cloud architecture consulting, AI development, and staff augmentation services provided by Kalidindi Technologies are formally governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) negotiated directly with each client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific Master Services Agreement, all proprietary methodologies, website content, trademarks, and branding on this site remain the exclusive property of Kalidindi Technologies. Custom deliverables and source code developed for enterprise clients under active SOWs are transferred in full according to individual contractual provisions.

4. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to compromise server infrastructure, conduct unauthorized vulnerability scans, or transmit malicious code through contact endpoints.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kalidindi Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this website.
